AI Usage Policy

This policy describes how artificial intelligence is used in connection with the White Rabbit Energy Sweepstakes, and — as importantly — where it is not.

Winners are not selected by AI

Winners are drawn at random. The drawing uses a random selection performed by the database over the pool of eligible entries, with no model, no scoring, and no ranking of entrants. Nothing about you influences your chance of winning: not your name, your ZIP code, your age, whether you opted into marketing, or how many times you have entered on previous days.

No profiling and no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects is carried out on entrants.

Your entry data is not used to train AI models

We do not use entrant personal information to train, fine-tune, or evaluate artificial intelligence models, and we do not provide it to any third party for that purpose.

AI was used to build this software

Parts of this website and its administrative tools were written with the assistance of AI coding tools. That work was reviewed by a person before release. We disclose it because it is true, not because entrant data was involved — the assistance was to the developers writing the software, and no entrant information was used in it.

AI-assisted drafting of these documents

The first drafts of the documents in this section were prepared with AI assistance and are subject to legal review. Where the wording here conflicts with the Official Rules, the Official Rules govern.

Marketing content

We may use AI tools to help draft or design marketing messages and images. Any message you receive is sent because you asked to receive it, and the decision to send it is not made by an AI system analysing your personal information.

Changes

If we begin using AI in a way that materially affects entrants — for example any automated decision affecting eligibility or prizes — we will update this page before doing so.
