The short version, at the point you hand anything over.
This is the short-form notice of what we collect at the point you enter. The Privacy Policy and the Data Collection Policy give the full detail.
What we collect
Full name, Email address, Phone number, Date of birth, ZIP code. We also record which store page you entered from, the date, your agreement to the Official Rules, your confirmation that you are 21 or older, and your marketing choices.
Why
To run the sweepstakes: to confirm you are eligible, to limit entries to one per person per day, to enter you into the drawing, and to contact you and deliver a prize if you win.
If you ticked the marketing boxes, also to send you marketing email or text messages. That is optional and is not a condition of entering or winning.
Who receives it
Klaviyo, which sends our email and text messages, and our hosting and database providers, which store it on our behalf.
Do we sell it
No. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
For the promotion and a reasonable period afterwards, so the drawing can be run and prizes awarded and any dispute answered. Longer for winners where tax or other law requires.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message. Reply STOP to any text. Neither removes your entry.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact support@whiterabbitenergy.com. Deleting your information while a promotion is open also withdraws you from the drawing.
