Master Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The White Rabbit Energy Retail Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is sponsored by White Rabbit Energy, Inc ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, representatives, affiliates, distributors, participating retailers, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and members of the same household are not eligible to win.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

Each Promotion will have its own stated start and end date ("Promotion Period"), which will be displayed on the applicable promotional landing page and promotional materials.

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Sponsor's computer shall serve as the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter by:

• Scanning the QR code displayed on promotional materials located at participating retail locations; or
• Visiting the designated promotion webpage directly during the Promotion Period.

Entrants must complete the online entry form by providing the requested information.

Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar day unless otherwise specified.

Incomplete, fraudulent, robotic, automated, duplicated, or illegible entries are void.

5. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Purchasing White Rabbit Energy products will not improve your chances of winning.

The Promotion is intended to encourage awareness of White Rabbit Energy products at participating retailers but is not conditioned upon making a purchase.

6. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

Participants may enter without visiting a participating retailer by accessing the Promotion landing page directly during the Promotion Period and completing the online registration form.

All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, will receive equal odds of winning.

7. Prizes

Available prizes may include, but are not limited to:

• White Rabbit merchandise
• White Rabbit hoodies
• White Rabbit t-shirts
• White Rabbit hats
• White Rabbit coolers
• White Rabbit beverage products
• White Rabbit product credit
• Other promotional merchandise selected by Sponsor

The specific prizes, quantities, and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") for each Promotion will be identified on the applicable promotional webpage.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

8. Winner Selection

Potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Random drawings will generally occur within approximately ten (10) business days following the close of the Promotion.

Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number submitted during registration.

If a potential winner:

• cannot be contacted,
• fails to respond within seven (7) days,
• refuses the prize,
• fails to complete any required documentation,
• or is determined to be ineligible,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, blocked, or undeliverable email messages, text messages, or telephone calls.

10. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

12. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

Sponsor reserves the right to issue any tax forms required by law.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

• cancel,
• suspend,
• modify,
• or terminate

the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, security issues, viruses, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

14. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless White Rabbit Energy, Inc, participating retailers, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, members, managers, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

15. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor shall not be responsible for:

• technical failures;
• interrupted internet service;
• website outages;
• lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries;
• unauthorized human intervention;
• printing or typographical errors;
• or any other errors related to administration of the Promotion.

16. Privacy

Information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with White Rabbit Energy's Privacy Policy.

Entrants may separately choose to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, or other marketing communications from White Rabbit Energy. Opting into marketing communications is voluntary and is not required to enter or improve the chances of winning.

17. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

18. Winner List

For the name of the winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days following the Promotion Period to:

19. Official Rules

Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
